Amigo the animals are really interesting to watch.

There are 3 families of raccoons with a total of 12 of them, 5 squirrels and the cat. On occasion the opossums show up. I have even seen the cat & squirrels eating side by side.

Tonight I took these pictures. It doesn't appear the cat & raccoon are all that concerned about each other.

At the same time this raccoon was sleeping in the grass. Turning the light on to take the pictures woke him up.

Then 2 more arrived. Cat doesn't seem to mind the raccoons and the raccoons don't seem seem to mind the cat. So, I guess my yard is neutral territory.

I went outside last night and found this guy just sleeping in the yard. There was another one sleeping in the flower bed Very Happy

I should add:
annual cost of damage to my yard= approx. $1,000+
annual cost to feed all these critters= approx. 600.00+
Total annual cost = $1600+

Cost to watch them and know they have a safe place to live = priceless Very Happy
