I do believe you just did.

JLNobody, you can go to the Forum Index page, select the forum category in which you want to place your thread and then click on the New Topic button at the top of that forum's list of threads.

What a few people might not have realized is that this help request might have been posted from the help page.

In any case click on the forum index link in the header of the page and you will see a list of forums.

Then click on the forum you want to add a topic to.

Then find this button on the left:

http://www.able2know.com/forums/templates/Able2Know/images/lang_english/post.gif

Click it and you have started a thread. You should try it out on the testing forum.

Prolly was confusing to him too. You two kept tgelling him to do the same thing that he did to post this and that's why the next try ended up here as well.

I don't understand what is different about what we both said. The only difference I see is you included a display of what the new topic graphic looks like.

Could you point out where the difference is so I don't mislead people again?

Sure, you assumed he was posting using that procedure when he wasn't.

I need to improve the help system. There were PMs etc that made this unclear for some involved.

Thanks Butrflunet and Craven. I'm slow about some things.
Sozobe. It's getting that most things are koans for me. Oh well, maybe one of them will pay off with "satori."
