Link people or even things or events -- anything-- together in the least amount of steps i.e. Six Degrees of Separation.

The link must be real. Don't stretch it too far.

The puzzle giver must have a solution.

The first person who solves it reasonably goes next, but another player must accept the solution before the next set is given.

More than one solution is okay. The person who links with the least amount of steps wins.

New Rule: No Kevin Bacon links. Too many easy resources on the web!

I'm sure we will refine this as we go.

Example:

Link Marilyn Monroe to Monica Lewinsky

************************************
************************************
Possible solution:

Marilyn Monroe was married to
Aurthur Miller who wrote
The Crucible. A movie version starred
Wynnona Ryder whose lawyer is
Mark Garregos who defended
Susan Mc Dougal who knew
Bill Clinton and so did
Monica Lewinsky

That's 7 steps not counting the first name.

************************************
************************************

Here's the first puzzle:

Link DAVID BOWIE to RONALD REAGAN

(I Can do it in 5 steps)

Very good! mine was:

Playboy Magazine hired
Marilyn Monroe who was in the Misfits with
Clark Gable who was in GWTW w/
Vivien Liegh who was married to
Lawence Olivier who whas knighted by
King George, father of
QE II.

so,

GONE WITH THE WIND to HAMLET would be:

GWTW starred Vivien Leigh who was married to
Laurence Olivie who's most famous role was
HAMLET!

Hamlet to Weber
The Pied Piper traveled to the HAMLET of Hamelin;
he got rid of the rats that were killing the cats that were trying to kill the rats;
To honor the courage of the rat-killer cats, Andrew Lloyd Weber wrote the musical play "Cats."
