Is there any scientific evidence to suggest that there is a GOD.
Spirituality and Science don't always mix well, robert. You're talking apples and oranges.
For that reason, all you're likely to get are opinions.
A person of faith sees proof of God's existence in every seed, every star in the sky, every thought that crosses a mind, even in the very essence of the question you've asked. A person who doesn't believe in God sees things entirely differently.
You will find both viewpoints here on A2K. May I suggest you try the "Spirituality and Religion" forum?
Amen indeed, but if the same question is asked in the Spirituality Forum won't he get the same answer?

He's a new poster, and I wondered if he'd noticed that forum yet. I thought he might enjoy some of the discussions there.

Science is unable to account for the existence of the universe by any natural process.
Yes. And the earth is flat. Since the 6,000 years of its existence.
Wow what a clever comeback.
I've never heard that one before.
Robert, welcome to A2K.
No, there is no scientific evidence to suggest that there is a god or gods. Life on Earth does not appear to be designed and there is no proof of supernatural intervention in human affairs.
If there is a Creator God such as the one described in the Bible, it defies the laws of physics, wasn't a very good engineer, and does not share our sense of ethics.
