To be kissed upon the eyes?
I know they are song lyrics "To be the kind of girl designed -To be kissed upon the eyes." but what does it mean?
to be kissed in a softly romantic way.

A kiss on the eyes is symbolic in literature and media as a sign of true love or submissive acceptance.
It has its origins in hinduism and the sacred chakras. Kissing the eye is a symbolic appeal to the Purple (third eye) Ajna chakra. Since the eyes are just below the Ajna, it is a submissive appeal to the Ajna; a request for acknowledgement to the soul's center of thought and reason. The word Ajna means "to perceive."
This submissive entry is also the origin of hundreds of christian traditions; the placing of ash on the forehead on Ash Wednesday as a submissive entry to the White (Crown) Sahasrara chakra, Sahasrara being Hindi for "thousandfold." One of the Crown chakra's main elements is Frankincense; another christian symbol of the christ that has origins dating back to long before christianity.
