UBS connection for piano to computer

I have a Yamaha electronic piano, and it has several features which require connection to my computer. Unfortunately, the two are in separate rooms. How can I connect them? Is there such a thing as a twenty-foot long USB cord/wire which I could run along over a doorway and down to each one?

These features are not the main reasons I bought the instrument, but it would be fun to be able to access them.

max USB cable length is 5 metres, about 15 feet. You would need to have two 5 metre USB cables with a hub in between them

If they are close to each other with just a wall in between, don't forget the option of just drilling a hole and running the USB cable through the wall. A much shorter cable would be required for that. If not near each other, maybe some rearranging of the computer equipment would help make it so.
