Road of Success!

There is a famous saying that in the road of success there are lot of tempting parking places, when I was a student I read this and used to say what a crap, but as life kept going I experienced that really there are a lot of tempting parking places which don't lead you to the road of success but the road of destruction. This is just a thought of what I would like to tell others via a story or may be a small article. But, I find it difficult to place this on the net on a good platform which will also let me know other peoples thoughts on life.
Can anyone suggest me a good place?
