Try soaking in water soluable copper sulphate. If its a root fungus that might work.

It will probably be too far gone now.

Chai, sequoias arn't that colour.

You can see the new growth at the tops of the stems.. and no matter what, it wont keep its leaves.
Im hoping Im just over watering it or something easy like that..

Stop bringing your devil worshipping symbols on here.

Maybe your plant needs a blood sacrifice.

Could be anyone of a number of different things.

Just soak for a few hours then allow the soil to drain and dry out. (quite dry)

Spray the foliage with a garden fungicide. Collect any leaf litter from the pot and burn it.

Could you be overwatering? that kills more houssplants than any thing I know.

copper spray is available at any good garden center. Doesn't have to be Yates

Those photos make me think you are over watering.

Could be iron deficiancy or possibly manganese. allowing to dry out will reduce both these in the short term. repot into good quality potting mix for the longer term

@JPB,
This is a cordyline terminalis. It needs more shade than sun. It also killed my cat so if you have one (a cat) get rid of the plant or the cat.
