Is free will an imperfection?

God supposedly gave humans free will, which enables them to commit acts of evil.

Even if a person only ever did good, by definition of free will they could still do evil.
So free will is an imperfection.


Also, God can do anything except evil, because he is all-good, but God will apparently fight evil with evil by condemning people to Hell, so God can do evil, but apparently its justified but its still evil. So is God all-good, if he can condemn people to hell, which surely is not considered good.

Is God imperfect? According to theist's he isn't
