Vacation homes and development along the once pristine river.
Pacific Grove, California - a former methodist summer camp and once the only dry city in California. On the Monterey Peninsula between Monterey and Pebble Beach - lovely place, but foggy.
Sausalito, California - Marin County, just across the bay from San Francisco.
