What "Lenny" thread? All I see is a logon page for Neopets, which appears to be a kind of cartoon site for 9 year old children.

If clicking the link above is leading you to a cartoon site, rather than to the Able2Know thread mentioned in the post, then you might want to have your computer checked out for possible infections or other security compromises which are leading to this link-hijacking in your browser.

but if you are not a neopets member already you don't get to see whatever the hell it is that was intended. You just get a login/signup page. That was what i was on about, the thoughtless assumption that we are all neopets members. Or else blatant member/signup mining which is bordering on spam.

Hovering the mouse over the bolded link, quoted above from my first post, should display the intended target URL, www.able2know.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=42093, at the bottom of your browser's window. If clicking the above link is leading anywhere other than the referenced Able2Know thread, then it might be wise to get your computer checked out, because your browser appears to be getting hijacked when it attempts to follow links.

I must confess that I am unable to see how expressing concern over your misbehaving browser is somehow a manifestation of "thoughtlessness", "assumptions", "blatant" "mining", or "spamming". But obviously my concern has offended you, and I apologize for that completely unintended and much-regretted result.

This happens in Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.12 with Noscript running and also IE6 patched up to date Feb 08, and Opera 9.02.

Kindly please review this thread. I could be mistaken, but I do not believe that I was the person who posted the link to the Neopets site. I am under the impression that I had actually replied to that person, that I have not "thoughtlessly" "spammed" anyone (here or elsewhere, now or ever), and my posts do not, in actuality, lead to any viruses, Trojans, "mining" scripts, or whatever other attacks you feel you have suffered. I could of course be mistaken, and I don't mean to contradict you or to presume to correct you.

Again, my apologies. I did not mean my reply to the original poster to cause you such offense or confusion.
