[resolved] Post an audio track

I want to post a wma file to the site... it is an audio track I ripped from cd with windows media player... how do I copy it and get it to post to A2K?

Have Kelly post it on the site or a hosting location and provide the link.

I think that's the only way to do it.

Or, find a hosting site yourself to upload to and give us the link.

I already sent the wma file to phoo... I'm sure he'll be able to do something....it's just a scratch track...

What about uploading it to your DJ website as a background sound? Then you can put the link to it in your profile and tell people to look at your profile as a way to get around eating up A2K bandwidth and the mod bot that deletes URLs that look like spam.

Not to put too fine a point on it, but even though I am losing weight, no one's called me a bot before. :wink:

Now, the solution. BPB -- just like everyone else on the site -- has only one place to put a personal www page -- in the www button and not the profile (member description part) itself. He can, to be sure, put one link in one day and another link in the following day (or hour or minute if he's really diligent) into the www button, but that's it. One spot.

I've always thought the "[auto-remove link]" blurb was a filtering script the software inserted when scanning for spam. No wonder you are so busy...
