Sending my best wishes to squinney. Hope you're feeling a wee bit less pained by now. Sounds awful! Shocked

A good night of sleep, finally keeping down some crackers this morning. Feeling better. I'm sure it's due to all of your well wishes and positive thoughts.

(not to mention the poppies!) Very Happy

I'm about as tough as they come when dealing with pain, and that is the worst pain I have ever experienced. Doesn't come close to comparing to labor.

I think the doc said there was only one on the scan. (5mm) I think Bears was 4mm, so I win, Kicky. Laughing

Jes - That pic was SO perfect. Thanks for the smile.

Thank you everyone. Taking another oxycodone before the pain settles in again.

treatment plans? Are they going to try to zap it or are you trying to pass it (ouch)?

squinney wins by .5 mm in size... I win in volume. They found one in her scan and I passed over 100 in 6 weeks.

I didn't realize it was a contest however. Damn you kicky and your polarizing tactics!! There is no more kidney stones versus less kidney stones.... there is no liberal kidney stones and conservative kidney stones.... there are only The United Sufferers of kidney stones...... (cue the patriotic music and hang the red white and blue bunting)

No treatment plan except to let it pass.

Bear - You're only saying that cause I'm a woman. (Parades out with followers and supporters... Whatya mean there's no stinkin' delegates for this race? I can still pretend I won.) Very Happy

Hail Queen of the Kidney Stones. !

Luckily there are enough crowns to go around. Always a place for a king.

Yikes, when you say this is way worse than labor, that sounds bad though I haven't had a kid! lol.

More vibes to get this over with soon. Hope your day proves relatively painfree.

Kidney stones are a painful Character Building Experience. Why don't you just stick to one now that you have an idea of the absolute agony?

Hold your dominion.

Has anyone ever considered the possibility that squinney is faking this? I need more information before I send flowers or chocolate. Where's the stone? The name of the hospital? What was the name of the nurse at the admission desk, the one hovering by the file cabinet? These questions are real... the situation may not be.

If I am mistaken on this, squinney, all I can do is ask for your forgiveness.

OK, so "what's in the water down there???" isn't actually a totally stupid question?

Can something be done about the stone-inducing properties of the water?

I don't think Gus is being stingy. I think he doesn't want to be made a fool of such as happens so often when he gets involved in a woman's life.
The older Gus gets, the thinner his skin becomes. Poor old guy!
