Brits shoot neck!
You know I feel I just start boiling over British low conduct. I mean impudence that they act with on the territory of Russia. As if Russia were A British colony, I say! Such a barefaced impudence of Brits that must not be tolerated not only in respect of Russia but all over the world. That's exactly why I totally agree with the decision of Russian government to put on hold functioning of offices of British Council in several cities of Russia. I emphasize it - put on hold, not shut them down once for all - until the moment when Russo-British agreement that regulates the work of British cultural centers in Russia gets signed. Besides this agreement, there is also a problem of tax evasion from the side of British Council which is subject for penalty not only in Russia but everywhere else, including Great Britain itself.
However, instead of dealing with these problems, Stephen Kinnock, Head of British Council in St. Petersburg - one of a few cities where the office of British Council was closed, gave to understand once again that he did not give a damn for Russian legislation as he was stopped by police officers for drunk driving, which is a severe traffic-related offence in most countries of the world, including Russia. Such irresponsible behavior, I say! What is interesting, his farther Neil Kinnock is head of the British Council and former leader of the Labour Party! What Stephen Kinnock is doing holds his father up to infamy! That's a shame for whole Britain!
You are a spammer. The accusation against Kinnock was false. Putin is a dictator like Stalin. Russki go pound sandski.

This may be our occasional Russian ranter, who for years has shown up from time to time, posting largely incoherent abortions of the English language such as this, by the expedient of registering each time he or she posts, and never posting again under that screen name. It seems to me to be a dull-witted attempt on the part of a single individual to give a false impression of there being a body of Russians holding the same (crackpot) opinions, seeking a western forum in which to express them.
Given that the mystery Russian ranter has usually foamed at the mouth about the Georgians, this at least represents new material.
