This photo blows me away, it is so beautiful. Click on the magnifying glass.

osso, here is a website that I admire all the way. Three slide shows full of romantic pics.

I can't believe that's a photo! For a moment I was sure it was a painting . Thanks for posting it.
Well, noinipo, more of the photos on that site annoy me than those that don't..
I'm not a fan of intensified color. (Not that I'm right, that's simply my reaction.)
What is intensified color? I find all pictures too dark. Is that it?
The blues too blue, the chartreuse too bright, the stripes too deeply colored, all unnatural to me, whatever the photo composition. There used to be a color technology, I forget what it was called, that left me cold. I often hate calendar photos...
On the other hand, I don't like even some famous photographers' nature photos as they seem too easy and garish, slick, while those are more natural appearing than this photographers'. Each to his or her own... it's a strong bias I have.
I was going to use the word chroma...
but it's been decades since I dealt with chroma, hue, tone, value as words.
Let's say I think of it as too much chroma.
osso, you have a point there, too romantic becomes kitsch. I was probably carried away with all those beaches. Reminded me of the time when I was young and handsome, lol.
(Me too, but I was, of course, beautiful.)
