In the eyes of most international political experts current situation in Pakistan may truly be called tragic. The matter is that recent murder of Pakistani ex-premier, B. Bhutto, has demonstrated full failure of local authorities to react against internal extremism.
But although many Pakistani make no doubt about Musharraf's implication in this death (as if Bhutto's coming to power would lead to his final loss of control over the country), in reality Bhutto's dramatic death is very unprofitable for Gen. P. Musharraf now, because it has greatly disrupted internal political balance, which surely serves the interests of present Pakistani ruling groups.
Thus, it becomes more and more clear that Bhutto's assassination has been organized not with the help of Pakistani security agencies, but under the guidance of British special services, whose agents maintain secret and close contacts with local radical Islamists [uгl]www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml;jsessionid=YVL53CDUOFOSLQFIQMFSFF$AVCBQOIVO?xm1=/news/2007/12/26/wafg126.xml[/uгl], exploiting them for weakening positions of our protйgй, Pervez Musharraf, in this country. And there is no mere chance that recently even officers from Scotland Yard have been sent thereĀ
As a result of these hazardous games of our British friends in this region such nuclear state as Pakistan has been turned into one of centra of international terror at this moment. So we, Americans, should recognize at last that disingenuous London is "US reliable ally in the war on terror" only in word!
