I don't know that I am in any hurry to move.
it's very likely that her other "buyer" was a bluff.
and in that case she is better off with me in here than out. then the place sits empty and goes back to hell very fast...
and I still have a car to finish before I can go...
the new place has no buildings but for the trailer.
I am putting $500 down in the morning. and I sent her a cancellation on the contract which, just like everything else, has warranted no response...
