What you can not see in that picture is just below them, there is a bowl of soft fruit pieces.
Banana , apple, some grapes and I think a blueberry
I have only seen the parents feed the chicks. I am willing to bet they do not eat the seed yet.
But I have seen the chicks, over the last day, wobbling around the fruit bowl.
They may be taking small bites.. but for the most part it looks like they are still relying on Mom and Dad.
