A term I am unfamiliar with..

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to understand what "Metrics-Driven" mean? Does it have anything to do with "quota" or following a certain plan to achieve an objective or am I way off the chart here?

Any help appreciated!

Your guess is probably as good as any other. In this usage, I'm fairly sure metrics refers to measurements, rather than the metric system of measures.
