Amaretti are cookies made mostly of egg whites. Very sweet. Flavored with apricot kernels which are very much like almonds.

Trader Joe's has very cheap Pesto sauce in a jar. You could refill it in
a nicer jar with a handwritten label and some red-white checkered cloth
and a green bow (Italian flag colors).

I almost posted about a sweet red pepper pesto made by you, but gave up, as in just buy something for now.

And then saw about the amaretti... there ya go.

Personally made rum balls.

Some potted plants collected & potted by your very own hands!

(Plus, whatever else you decide!)

What a compliment, k!
To have someone showing their appreciation by creating these gifts for you!

Should be more of this type of approach to gift-giving, I say! Very Happy

I thought I'd report back that our gift of gardening for Mo's teacher/class was a big success.

I got to go up today and help all of the kids plant. What fun!
