I just figured there must be procedures in place for reopening closed threads & was keen to know what was required.
And I deliberately
didn't mention the name of the thread here, because I didn't want to personalize my request for information.
Incidentally, I contacted the moderators twice about the behaviour of a member on this thread prior to it being closed & didn't receive a response at the time. (I figured that was as a result of work being done on A2K, as there have been no receipt notifications when I've reported spam, either. This is the main reason I've posted the request to forum help
Anyway .... So now I should send my request to the support team? I hope this works, because when I tried that yesterday my password kept being rejected.
