Is there any kind of rule about one user starting dozens of threads when they continue to go unanswered???

I doubt it. If it were me, I would certainly get the hint! Laughing

I like to go to the unanswered posts and see if there's anything worth posting on, and there's one member who starts TONS of threads that no one answers... its as if he is just posting up news articles to get his post count up or something. One day I thought he was just bored, but its every day.

Think of the convenience that person is providing you!

Without them, you'd have to click on every single listing in the Unanswered Posts category to find out if it is worthy of a reply from you. Knowing that this person posts nothing that you deem worthy of reply makes the job of hunting through the unanswered posts that much easier for you. Large blocks of post titles can be skipped just by looking at who is the author of them.

Thank them for providing the service so you can save time while browsing unanswered titles.
