"Internet Explorer cannot display ....." (sorry, it cannot be cut and pasted). Then I get "Page cannot be displayed". Looks like a database issue. It goes away in time. Weird.
Nope it isnt a database problem. Its the flashy advertisements.
there is one more site "coolgoose.com" that has similar advertisements flashed on it and also gives same IE errors.
I too get them plenty of times.
Can you explain that, Vinsen? I'm getting the same series of messages as cj, but I can't relate them to advertising.
For the record, I'm using Windows Vista Home Premium, and am connecting by way of dialup.
i use Firefox, no problems so far
dump the IE
again i say, no problems with Firefox
I have had the same problem in both firefox and IE.
IE seems to be really bad this morning.
Usually I can get around it by changing the post number it points. Such as changing post 240 to post 239 or 241. But this morning it won't even let me do that.
Quite funny: is better today (= since 10 hours) than before (IE).
I have been getting errors recently. But it is only happening on A2K. Therefore, even though people are quick to skewer Bill Gates, I believe that the problem is that the hamsters are probably in need of a checkup.
More vitamins!!!!
I've been getting the same error messages.
Only when I'm on A2K
and only since the .org thing.
Yes, I have EI.
No, I haven't tried Firefox.
Shouldn't this site be friendly to ALL browsers?
Damn hamsters are partial to Firefox, are they?
Hurrumph.
Just wanted to say that everything seems to be working beautifully now.
Thank you for all you do.
