Hey- since Christ said the Meek shall inherit the EARTH- is there anybody out there that ACCEPTS that?

Any of you so-called 'Christians'?
Or is that too much to expect: Christians actually believing what Christ said?

I think it's a fair guess. I mean once the planet's stripped of minerals and energy it'll be the gung ho go-getters who get off their butts, and out of the gravity well , and colonize the solar system and the galaxy. Which would leave the stinking midden to those too meek to bother....

i find the bold-fonted challenge that most christians don't believe in being meek kind of ironic-

must be a full moon...

Rev 21:1-And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

Revelation ends the Bible in repeating this promise (the sea is symbolic-check out it's usage thruout the book to see)...

Anyone know what the "FIRST Heaven & FIRST Earth" was? (I do- but I'm not telling!)

Christians have two obligations related to teaching the Word. The message (Matthew 24:14) and the method (Colossians 4:6). We should hold to this standard no matter what others say or do.

Mad: Very true- EXCEPT that the New Earth is just that-NEW! Cleaned up, restored- the wicked no more!
