i hear alot about humans projecting the universe themselves (you know what i mean), like we create the universe we live in, but i think it is the other way around.
I think the universe projects itself into us.
i do not know why. its hard to explain what i mean, but its not like we are creating symbols to create the universe, it is the universe who creates the symbols for us to project ourselves into?
alas my head hurts this was to much thought.
I guess i always think of it like we have 5 senses, of which we only see part of the light spectrum, only hear part of the sound sepctrum etc etc.. Hypothetically a worm with no sight or sound will have a very different perspective of the universe to us (even tho we share the same)...
Therefore when it said about us projecting the universe i understand it to mean that the Universe as we experience it isnt the fundamental reality, but it is our reality...
Its like the old.. If a tree falls in the woods and knowone is there to hear it does it make a sound? Answer No because sound is merely an experience of pressure waves. The pressure are always there but it is the experiencer that translates that in their consciousness to what we perceive as sound......
Dont know if that made any sense at all as my head hurts now.....
