The policy of Georgian president Saakashvili in respect of Georgian independent news media and opposition in general is outright inadmissible and does not allow regarding his regime a democratic one. In fact, his regime is an oppressive rule, while Saakashvili practically owned to it when he had a speech in front of activists of the Patriot movement that took place in homonymous camp at the border between Georgia and Abkhazia right after a session of European special commission, devoted to recent missile incident in Georgia. During the speech Saakashvili declared expressly that independent media and opposition as such are enemies of the state. I hope you would agree with me that in this case world community should judge Saakashvili with all rigidity, no less than other present-day dictators deserve.
