Galapagos Islands here I come!

I'm so excited. My friend works for a certain cruise line that promotes eco-tourism partnered with National Geographic. Last week she sent me an email saying that her employer was offering a friends and family deal, 2 for the price of one. How could I possibly pass this up? I booked it this afternoon and I'm taking my 13 year old son. He'll be missing his first 4 days of school but I think this in itself will be an educational experience of a life time.
Now I just need to book my flight to Equador, prices are pretty steep. We leave Sept 1st, Holy Cow.
