God believers, if you found out today that there was no God would you feel free from anything at all? If so, what would you feel free from? If not, what is it you would not feel free from?

What? You can't behave yourself without the belief that a ghostly disciplinarian is keeping score? Come on, neo--it's not all that bad, you know?
That is not what I meant.
No god = moral authority is from the individual

Behave yourself based on what/whose guidelines?

You have a

A believe in God is not required to have a conscience.
If you're asking whether I think it is innate or learned (or perhaps a combination) then I will go with innate...Definitely.
What do you think?

Yea, us atheists are forced to think for ourselves. It's downright terrible.

I wouldn't believe it...if someone "found out" there was no God.

The idea of an innate conscience, one which may be either trained or ignored, is in line with biblical teachings, BTW.
