You can also take the cats to a profressional goomer who can give them a flea dip. They have all the necessary tools and stuff to bathe even difficult cats so you won't get hurt.
Do this at the same time you are flea bombing the house, go have a bite to eat at a resturant and do some shopping.
By the time you're done the house and cats should be flea free.
About a week later use the recommended vet product for fleas and possibly bomb again if vaccuming and the borax don't work completely
