The good news is that I asked a freind to call and check from the previous employer on refferences and he told me that they are most deffinetly bad mouthing me witch is illegal in this state and country.

I had a friend pose as a prospective employer and check the previous employer for references. I never gave the company controllers name, I just gave my supervisors name and the receptionist first impression was to laugh upon hearing my name. Once she transferred the call to the company controller. He said that I was an excellent worker and always on time there all the time, but that I am now in a crippled state and I can only push a pencil or a pen on paper, I am no good for lifting
this is the very kinds of iniquities that I have written about in the past and it's now common knowledge. this little f*** is the reason I can't find work or a new career. fight fire with fire I always say. The rat doesn't think I can affect them. I can and will make the business very difficult for them
from here on out in every way possible. In fact I am about to start a new home front war.

Don't go getting yourself in trouble.

It sucks when previous employers do that. It happens a lot from what I understand. So much for 2nd chances huh?

Red, listen to TTH. Check with the Divison of Labor or someone to find out what can be done. Don't go shooting from the hip because it will only come back and bite you in the a**.
