My shoulder = pain. That is okay though since I keep exercising it and I am making progress. People ask me why my doctor doesn't give me something for the pain. #1 it probably wouldn't work and #2 masking the pain is not a good idea. I unfortunately need to feel the pain in order to make progress, otherwise know when to stop. If someone masks the pain, then they might do more damage. That is how I feel anyway.

Pain can be very tiring tho hunni - so you may not be able to work on the shoulder when fatigued. Just take your time to let it heal - but keep exercising. ((((((shoulder))))))
