Just trying to stay out of trouble. We've got a couple of new projects in that we have to bid on, and I'm trying to figure out how to get everything done in the allotted time. And we're getting ready to start chilling, the temps are supposed to drop 20 to 25 degrees today.

skuncle when I try to stay "out of trouble", trouble finds me Laughing

Anyway, got the shot and low & behold it didn't do anything to help the pain or my range of movement.

My doctor said I am strange because the shot should have worked. So, I will stick with the therapy, home exercises, heat & ice packs. They want to give it another couple of weeks. If it still hurts, then I have to have surgery (not just because of the pain. I can hardly move my arm)

Good morning all. Hang in there TTH, we're all praying for you. As for chilling unclelarry, like to swap places, we're in the middle of an heatwave and it isn't even summer yet! Today 106, it has one advantage though, the old beer fridge will get a nudge again. Laughing
