Managing Facebook interest lists - apps or social media websites?

Hi all.

Instead of all the pages appearing on the main newsfeed, i've created various 'facebook interest lists' which in each list have the feed of the added Facebook accounts. It's working really well but I'm wondering if there is a 3rd party website or app that provides an interface to manage my facebook lists - such as add accounts to lists, etc and also ideally provides collaborative functionality, so collegues can also add accounts to the facebook list (currently the facebook lists only allow the creator to add accounts to the list).

They have a similar thing for twitter where you can manage lists, so hopefully theres one for Facebook interest lists.

Many thanks!!

@anth0888,
Facebook does this with groups. On Twitter, the lists can include whoever you want to on them. But what you are suggesting would be potentially more public than that, and people are going to want the option to opt out.
