I can't sign in to skype as of today. My password doesn't work. I have noticed that Skype merged with microsoft. I have setup password for microsoft, but I can't seem to be able to change my password on skype. I am going in circles. Why do I have to deal with microsoft in the first place. Every time I ask to change the password for skype it leads me to microsoft. I change that and it tells me to login with microsoft. So i have 2 step login process. When finally I get to skype login windows the password for microsoft won't work with skype. What a mess.
Anybody can help?

Change both passwords to the same thing.

that's the problem. It goes in circles and allow to chcnge only the microsoft password. Do I need the microsoft login anyway? I don't want it. I am on mac
