Hello everyone,
I'm 52 years old and married my high school sweetheart, Rick, on Dec. 2nd, 2011. We were apart for 32 years before he found me on facebook and we reunited. Our children from our previous marriages are all grown and out of the house. We also have five grandchildren between us whom we adore with all our hearts!
We live in Council Bluffs, Iowa which is just across the river from Omaha, Nebraska. We enjoy attending Pow Wows about once a month usually in South Dakota where my husbands family is registered with the Rosebud Indian Reservation. They are Lakota Sioux's from the "Burnt Thigh Nation".
I'm an ordained minister (not a church Pastor), and full-time student. My husband is a Native American Artist. He makes everything from dream catchers to full dance regalia for Pow Wow dancers.
We are very happy, but as with all marriages we have our bumps along the way, but I feel they are normal and mild.
