Can anyone help me with the following clues? I am absolutely stumped!
2d - better than usual unless you're a golfer - 5 and 3 - I have A?O?? ???
5a - cafe employees told to put locks on the scales - 10 letters - I have ?a?t???s??
9d - positioned a tie stud incorrectly - 8 letters - ??t????e?
20a - first catch crow or chicken - 6 letters - C???e
49d - part of the anatomy flaunted in first performance by The King - 6 letters - ?e???s
61a - turned away when converted crim left with a stand-in - 7 letters - ???r?e?
59d - they're used when taking turns - 8 letters - ?l?????s
58d - like a traitor? That's not true! - 8 letters - ?i?l???n
10d - they fuss unnecessarily on seeing news boss in trousers - 7 letters - ?e?a?t?
any help would be gratefully received.

My suggestions are in bold below. No ideas for 58d and 59d I'm afraid and I'm not too confident about 61a. Hopefully someone will look in and verify.
