Don't think that the "rules" as such actually demand that the name is used as a name in the title, only that a name appears there. So, Dutchy has previously had Eve of Destruction (which wasn't about some mad woman going round wrecking things) and I have had Faith and Hazel (as in Hazel eyes). So I am happy with Dutchy's Una, and I am sure she will appear again in a different song title later.
