Hi Gang!
Since this is the knoweldge repository, I thought I'd mention this - I'd be very interested to hear your thoughts...
i have not had any trouble accessing websites using my verizon dsl. then it turned out i was able to access http://www.seidioonline.com/ without incident, but i was unable to access their secure web site, which is https://www.seidioonline.com/ (basically just add an "s" to the http link above) - anyway, i had experienced something like this once before when i had earthlink dsl and i had to use dial up on that machine to access one particular website - per the site, it was earthlink's fault.
i contacted verizon, and had seidio contact verizion. verizon blamed it on my router. sure enough, my smc barricade had been upgraded by me some time ago, but did not have the latest firmware which stated, among other things, that it allowed access to some otherwise blocked sites.
this morning i installed the upgrade, and can now access the site. i WISH i tried this a.m. before upgrading - to see whether verizion changed any settings, or if it was the router that was blocking me.
anyway, i just thought this might be of interest to the readers. the errors i had been getting were basically just the 404 page not found errors, that type of thing. now with the upgraded firmware, all is working fine.
ok, end of anecdote Smile

fyi ATT has been having a bunch of Cisco Router (supply chain) problems the past few days, possible your isp or the website or anypipe with the signal could be having a burp.
