I hope this is the right section for this question.

I would like to know if the Palms of Palmyra are of the "Borassus Flabellifer" family or other?

Thank you

As the chairperson of the Linnean subcommittee on binomial nomenclature, I shall immediately set forth to alert the other members of the subcommittee to discuss this at our upcoming mini-symposium on June 12 of this year.

The information I need is on the Palm of the Ancient Persian City of Palmyra.

I did some research, and found different kinds of Palms, and it confused me. Sad

I hope that helps someone that might know.

Thanks
