A kso is a heart attack special on a plate. Whatever you have in your fridge. Usually though, it's sausage, bacon, corned beef hash, ham, onion, green pepper, two types of cheese, hash browns, all in a three egg omelette. Not done yet. Covered with sausage gravy.
