I have a portable XM Satellite Radio receiver. When I ordered my radio last year It came with a extra rechargable lithium Ion battery and a recall notice for the battery inside the box. I was told to through the black battery away when I opened the package and to keep the white battery. Today while surfing around eBay I see that someone is selling the recalled batteries on eBay but there is no mention of the battery being recalled. Should I do anything about getting the ad pulled?
