I have an idea of some of these but just can't work out how the answer could fit in.

Dutchy......Can you teach me how you got 'two' for 32A?
I decided on 'too'
I found this one very tricky and couldn't figure out if the clue was in 'duo' or 'also'.....I have no idea what the 'announced' part of the clue means.

Glad you ask the question otherwise I wouldn't have noticed. "too" is correct.
