Last year, the little bastards made mince meat out of my roses and are already making their presence known this year. I've been reading about Bayer Advanced Superior Rose Care. Does anyone know how effective this stuff is or have any better suggestions?

Come on. With all the gardeners on board, you're gonna leave me hanging like this?

I used the Bayer rose care almost two weeks ago and so far so good. The roses are doing quite well. No more chewed up, plugged or devoured leaves.

eoe, my mother used to pay us a nickel for every beetle we pulled off her plants. Other than that, I don't know what to tell you.

Littlek--

Such is inflation. In the 40's domestic beetle picking for one's mother paid $.01 for ten beetles.

Eoe--

I'm glad to hear the balance of nature has shifted your way.
