There's lots of HC12 and HCS12 datasheets on the internet. Just do your search without the 68.

Look here for the HCS12

Thanks Francis. I keep on searching with the 68, and without the 68, it's fine on search now.

The MicroController & Embedded Systems has added dozens of new microcontroller besides the HCS12 by motorola.

Anyone know Atmel Microcontroller?

Anyone know how to diferentiate the Atmel AT91F40416 family with the Motorola HCS12 family by their physical system characteristics?

I wish to find the most significant characteristics differences between them. I tried googling the whole days but seem not results. Any ideas ? Thanks

I don't know what you guys are talking about... but it occurs to me you might know the answer to a question I have:
My camera cord fits between my Motorola Razor phone and usb jack on the computer... and the computer initially recognized the "new hardware" but never could make any sense of it. I'd like to transfer my phone book from the computer to the phone without typing it manually into the phone. Is that software available on the web; or do I have to pay the $50 (or something) the phone company wants for the same cord and the software?

Look here for the datasheet: AT91F..

Now, try to do your part of the job. Just print both datasheets and compare...

Yes, Francis, I just found the 40416 in datasheet achieve.

How to diferentiate the Atmel AT91F40416 family with the Motorola HCS12 family by their physical system characteristics?

Could you give some example or guidelines?
I just wana know some.

Thanks Francis. So far I downloaded the massive file, learned how to use the virtual Daemon manager (pretty cool, that), but it isn't recognizing my phone yet. It sees it, just can't identify it, and it isn't in the list so I'm guessing the model must have a twin under a different model number. Hopefully, I'll figure out which one. Thanks again.
