Vociferous night herons in a Ficus benjamina tree
(we had some roost in a Ficus tree about 1/2 a block away after their earlier trees in Marina del Rey were cut down to make room for a hotel. It was quite a scenario as the Ficus was huge (often a houseplant, this one planted in a good climate for it outdoors..). Talk about bird doo doo..
