A Japanese cabinet minister yesterday called for the beheading of the parents of the 12-year-old male student who confessed to the brutal murder of a four-year-old boy.
"It is better to have the parents decapitated for punishment after dragging them around town," said Yoshitada Konoike, 62, the minister for disaster prevention, who also heads a government panel on raising juveniles.
That'll solve the problem.
Now that is what I call effective capital punishment
After that experience I am certain they will be much better parents.
So, the guy 'called for' the punishment, is he the judge? Is that the official sentence?
While on vacation I read of several Japanese Politician statements. One statement in response to the fact that the population's growth has slowed. The polit said something to the effect that at least there's still gang rape happening so there's still some normalcy and vigor.... unbelievable
