Egg bound goldfish

Hi, can anyone please help me and my goldfish??? From what I have read I believe that my goldfish is egg bound or is experiencing a condition called egg binding. How can I help her without getting a male, I don't want another fish and I don't want her to die??? I have three goldfish all are female. The largest one is approximately 5 inches long and I'm pretty sure she is egg bound. I am hoping that someone will be able to help me help her. I really love my fish, they are approximately 7 years old.
