Ok, last questions for this large stack of books that seemed to arrive all at once...
315A: boost FI?L?P Im think one of my letters is incorrect because I cant see anything that will fit the clue.
48D: bird-listing enthusiast TW?T?H?R
50D: fostered F??T?E?E?
134D: brace (oneself) S?E?L
Thanks for the help all. Oh, and isnt the setup of one across now just awful with those ads, and it runs so much slower too!

Do you have any rescources to verify the answers are correct?
They are what I found to fit too.. but couldnt find how they linked to the clues.
This is a Lovatts crossword, Australian (not sure where you are from). Lovatts release many crossoword books of all sorts.

Like Dutchy I am now all up to date as well with the Lovatts books I get.
I just had a quick look in to see if anyone was having problems.
Can confirm what Dutchy has given you is what I ended up with.
Re your remark about one across being slow because of ads.
Nothing has changed at this end. I just went to the site and had a look.
Perhaps your popup blocker is not working properly.

thanks escape pod. Its not pop up ads, the google ads that run down the right hand side of the page, that has placed the answers all out of line and further to the left of the page. Oh well, guess if its free there has to be google ads

I do not get any ads at all.
I use Super Ad Blocker but there are other ones out there. I have tried quite a number of them over the years. At the present time I believe that one is the pick of the bunch.

Try using that. I think you will be amazed at the difference.
Not just that Web Site but all your surfing in general.
