Please help me with a few things about MATLAB.

How do I solve the simultaneous equations
y = sqrt (x)
y = tan(x)
y = cos(x)

I just entered these in one command line, spacing them with semi-colons, but all it gives me is the grid of numbers.

Also, how do i zoom in around a certain point using a command line? And why doesn't the data cursor show the points of the graph?

Thanks for any help.

P.S. I will probably have more questions later Razz
