When a person's IQ is 100-110- what are they capable of doing?
When their IQ is 110-120- what are they capable of doing?
What if their IQ is 120-130? Or 130-140? Or 90-100? Or 80-90? Or so forth?
Here's some some interesting information about the average IQ's of applicants for various jobs:

I think what someone is capable of doing depends at least as much, if not more sometimes, on characteristics such as diligence and desire to apply talent, skills, and common sense, as it does on potential intelligence.
*Edited to say that I didn't answer your poll- so my IQ is not represented above. I just don't want people to think since I'm the only one who's posted they might know what my IQ is- not that anyone cares...but you know....some things are just private I think.
I don't think IQ tests are ethical or useful, so I will never test myself or consider another person's IQ positively or negatively. A much better test of intelligence is just to talk to the person.
I totally agree.
I think it's very important especially for parents to realize this and so refrain from either expecting too much or too little from their children based on a number.
On a side note, your scale does not go high enough for people who score well.
